1-1. Each student should take a level test on the first working day.
1-2. The level test result will be filed in the student¡¯s 201 file which will serve as

2-1. Each student will receive his/her schedule and books after taking the level test.
2-2. Schedule will be changed every three-week cycle.
2-3. If there is any complaint regarding the schedule, feel free to approach the
Student Facilitator.
2-4. Students can request teacher if their attendance is above 95% (from
Monday third week of former schedule to Friday second week of present
schedule) If there is same teacher requested, higher attendance record is
prioritized. If there same student with same condition base on the previously
mentioned student with less remaining days to study is prioritized.
2-5. Choosing of session time is not allowed except when student submit proof of
payment for an activity that will be in conflict with the session time. |

Each student is responsible:
3-1. To uphold the basic principles, ideals and image of the University and to
cooperate for the attainment of its objectives.
3-2. To exercise one¡¯s rights with due regard for the rights of others:
Respect teachers, staff, personnel and other persons of authority in the
University.
3-2-1 Professional distance must be observed at all times in Teacher- Student
interaction.
3-2-2 Personal, close, and intimate relationship between student and teacher are
not allowed.
3-3 Concerns and complaints of students should be directly addressed by the student
concern to the Student Facilitator or Head teacher.
3-3-1 Concerned student should write his/her complaints to a logbook before
discussing the matter to the person in charge.
3-3-2 In the absence of the person in charge student should write the complain in
the logbook.
3-4 No student is allowed to represent other students concerns and grievances. |

The following acts constitute as an offense and are deemed punishable:
4-1 Those which are against the campus peace and order , security and safety
(e.g. gang war)
4-2 Any offensive acts to public decency, good custom and morals (e.g. drunkenness
or under the influence of drugs, public display of affection e.g. kissing in public
and touching other genders private parts)
4-3 Those that endanger health and sanitation (e.g. communicable diseases)
4-4 Those which are detrimental to the property rights and interests of the University
and the Academic Community (e.g. vandalism, theft of School property )
4.5 Those students who falsify any University Records, such as: Official Papers,
Certificates, Grades and other documents.

5-1 Every session is good for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
5-2 Each student has two 1:1 session class ( grammar and conversation )and one group class session.
5-3 Special Activity will be held every Friday during the Group Class session.
5-4 Total number of hours for 1:1 class is 16 hours and 20 minutes every week.
5-5 Total number of hours for Group Class session is 8 hours and 20 minutes every week.
5-6 Students who want to add or convert session should accomplish the request for additional/conversion class form for approval and payment of the charges before its effectivity.
5-7 If a student wants to extend the studying duration, 3 weeks before his/her class ending date, the student should hand over application form and pay within 1 week from the applied date.
5-8 If a student wants to take an additional class or change the class type from 1:4 to 1:1, the student should apply until the last Monday from the next cycle.

7-1 Student who cannot attend their class must inform the Student Facilitator.
7-2 In case of travel, student should get permission from the dorm office at least 3 working
days before the scheduled date of travel.
7-3 In case of illness, student should submit medical certificate to the Dorm Manager
(Student In-Charge). Likewise, Dorm Manager will send letter to the SF Office so that the student¡¯s absent will be excused.
7-4 Three days consecutive unexcused absences will mean warning for a student to be
expelled without refund.
7-5 Three (3) times late is 1 session absent, 3 session absences is 1 day absent, 7 days
absences per schedule means an expulsion of student without refund.
7-6 Teacher will wait in the classroom for thirty (30) minutes only.
7-7 If student is thirty (30) minutes late, teacher will accompany the student to Student Facilitator¡¯s office for negotiations.
7-8 Beyond thirty (30) minutes late is considered absent but can still hold a class. |

8-1. Each student will be issued an Official ID Card in the office within 5 working days after
ESL enrolment. The ID Card is to be worn upon entering and while inside the school
premises.
8-2. Student is required to wear proper attire in coming to school.

8-3. Slippers are strictly not allowed. No caps shall be worn inside the school
campus.
8-4. Students who don¡¯t observe proper dress code and grooming standard will be
sent back to dorm.

When student has finished ESL course, he/ she will be given certificate.
9-1. Student will be given Certificate of Completion if he/she completes the eight-week ESL Course with 80% attendance and above the passing grade.
9-2. Student will be given Certificate of Attendance if he/she studies for less than 8 weeks and if the student fails to get 80 % attendance.
9-3. Student will be given Certificate of Recognition if he/she successfully passes the Acceleration Test.
9-4. Certificate will not be honored to students for violating University rules and policies. |
